What We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service:

  • Email address when you create an account
  • Payment information when you purchase credits. When you purchase credits, payments will be processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Contract text extracted temporarily during analysis and not retained

What Happens to Your Documents

When you upload a contract, we extract the text and run the analysis. Your original file is not retained. The extracted text is sent to our AI for analysis, then discarded. For signed-in users, analysis results are automatically saved to your account. Only the findings are stored, never your original document.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide contract analysis
  • Manage your account and credits
  • Improve the service

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your documents for advertising or marketing purposes.
